Pod
Sound
Pod has been created by Peggy Black with co-host Amrita
and the crystal bowls. Frequently there are visiting special
guests who share their work with sound. We explore pure
tones, chants and the use of vowels. The participants generate
sounds that relieve stress & clear blockages, creating
a sense of well-being, and joyful expansion. It is playful,
powerful, fun and experimental.
The First Monday of each month from 7:30 to 9:30. Please

Suggested
energy exchange is $7.00

This
is an open support group for women. To empower each woman
with the awareness of her unlimited Self. Please arrive
after 7:00. We begin at 7:30 PM and meet until around 10
PM.
